Model Portfolio

I charge each model a flat rate of $75.00 per look, which typically lasts 1-2 hours. This price includes a CD with up to 50 or more unedited digital images. Edited photos prices are listed below, however you can have them printed from your CD by the lab of your choice. You will receive a $10.00 discount for customer referrals. My makeup artist charges an additional $75.00 per shooting look.  My best deals are Listed below:

4 hour session-  Can be shot in studio or on location, shoot up to 7 wardrobe changes, receive (10) 8 x 10 (includes 2 – headshot, color and B&W, and 8 poses), 1- 8x 10 B&W Comp Card lay out, 1- 8x 10 Color Comp Card lay out, High resolution JPEG CD, and Compressed Web-use  digital proofs provided in a private online proofing gallery.... $550.00*

  Deposits & Requirements

A 50% deposit is due no later than one week before scheduled shoot date to hold booking. Deposit is non-refundable if less than 48 hours notice of cancellation is given. Balance is due in full before start of shoot. I am willing to negotiate rates for certain projects such as magazine submissions, etc. Contact me with project details. Please know that I do NOT pay models.

All models are required to sign my model release. No models under 18 years of age without parental escort. Valid picture ID is required before the shutter is snapped. All images are copyrighted. No duplication or publication without written permission.

   Event Photography : (Commerical Photography, Family & Class reunions, Special Events)

Full Day Event (on location) - $400  up to 7 hours
Half Day Event (on location)- $200 up to 4 hours
Hourly - $60 an hour  minimum $120.00 on location, $150.00 Studio.

Travel to and From Events - $20 an hour with a one hour minimum for any event outside of the Richmond area.

Photo CD:

This fee are for customers that wish to retain full copyright of all photos. A property release form will be signed by photographer giving customer full usage of all photos.

As we are a home base small business we are required to rent space for all of our studio photography.  We require a $75.00 deposit in order to be able to reserve the date needed for the shoot. This fee is nonrefundable if session is cancelled less then five days of the photo shoot date.

 Web Page Photo

Perfect  for your Face book or MySpace web page.  One outfit with 20 poses to choose from.  Session time one hour or less.  Session fee does not include prints or digital images.  Digital images with license and print release are available.  Please contact us for more information.

Session Fee  $35.00 + $10 for 10 images on CD

 Classic Session

This is one of our most popular.  1-2 Hours of the photographers undivided attention with as many poses and 2 outfits changes.  The session includes up to 25 digital proofs provided in a private online proofing gallery where you, your family, and friends can view and purchase prints.  An attractive 4x6 untouched paper print proof album will be available for purchase.  Session fee does not include prints  or digital images.  An additional $25 fee is charged if more than three subjects are in the portrait (see below).

Session Fee:  $80 for outdoor locations, $130.00 for studio

  Digital Portrait Session

1-3 hours of the photographers undivided attention with as many poses and up to 5 outfits.  The session includes up to 200 proofs provided in a private password protected online proofing gallery as well as a CD/DVD of the high-resolution files with printing release from studio.  An additional fee is charged if more than three subjects are in the portrait (see below). 

Session Fee  $249 for outdoor locations, $300.00 for studio

 Boudoir Session

Sexy! Sexy!  Moms and girlfriends this is the session for you!  Knock his socks off with totally hot, yet tasteful photos of you!  Anniversary coming up?  Birthday approaching?  This is THE GIFT!  This is your chance to remind him what he’s got!  Jaw dropping, hot, elegant and tasteful photos taken in a 3 hour session.  Unlimited poses and 3 outfit changes. Up to 24 (twenty-four) 5x7 paper photo proofs or 12 (Twelve) 8x10 prints.  Proofs will also be posted in a private password protected online gallery.  Out of respect for our customers privacy, and the general viewing public, these photos will be unavailable for public view.  Session can also take place at the comfort of the clients home if requested.

Session Fee  starting at $300.00

How do I book a Session?

Contact us at (804) 274-8018 or ikandiphoto@yahoo.com to set up an initial consultation to discuss ideas about your session.  Upon the booking of your session you will receive a Private Portrait Session confirmation package.  Please note that the Session Fee must be paid in full to reserve your date.  Session Fees are non-refundable.  A 48 hour advance notice is required to reschedule your session or a $50 rescheduling fee will be required.  “No Shows” forfeit the Session Fee.

What happens after the session?

A sneak-peak of your photos will be available in a private password protected online gallery no later than 10 business days after your completed session.  The sneak-peak usually includes 10-20 photos.  The remaining session photos will be added within an additional 21 business days.  We will contact you with your personal login information so you can view the gallery.  If your package included paper proofs, they will be available after the full gallery is available online.  You may share your login information with friends and family so they can view and purchase prints as well.

All photos are cropped to fit sizing requirements, there are two options (the 8x12 and 20x30 prints) that allow for full frame viewing.

Retouching photos beyond color correction is $30 an hour, minimum of 15 minutes.
